Launch: Southern Minnesota Regional Trauma Advisory Committee (SMRTAC)

The Southern Minnesota Regional Trauma Advisory Committee (SMRTAC) engaged CWS to develop a one-stop internal clearinghouse website designed to provide information about its committees, task forces and subcommittees. The organization is made up of health and emergency response teams from Blue Earth, Brown, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Le Sueur, Martin, Mower, Nicollet, Olmsted, Rice, Sibley, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Watonwan and Winona counties in Minnesota. SMRTAC works in conjunction with a statewide trauma system with the goal of organizing response management and improving the care of severely injured people, spanning the continuum of care, including prevention, emergency care and rehabilitation. The website offers a message board, calendar of events and the ability to stream live webcasts and training information.
