The Minnesota Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors (MNCOPS) recently asked CWS to redesign and develop an informational website for the family of fallen officers, officers currently in the line of duty and the general public. One of the main goals for MNCOPS is to extend a helping hand for the emotional well being of those who have suffered the loss of a loved one, friend or co-worker: survivors helping survivors.
MNCOPS accomplished their goal by focusing the homepage on Minnesota officers killed in the line of duty. They also incorporated a calendar of events and a photo gallery highlighting memorial events.
MNCOPS does not charge a membership fee to join the organization. Because of this, a donation tool was added to the site in an effort to raise money for this important organization. It is easy to donate, so we encourage you to view the MNCOPS website and take a look around. MNCOPS is a 501(c)(3) organization, so if you decide to support this worthy cause, your gift is tax-deductible.
