Now Hiring: Senior Web Developer

CWS is currently seeking applications for a Senior Web Developer position.

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer with experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript. Knowledge of programming languages, such as PHP/MySQL, is an asset.

CWS developers are accountable for:

• Producing high quality websites to achieve the online goals of our clients
• Communicating with customers to define objectives and select appropriate tools
• Writing code in modern Web languages
• Conducting appropriate testing and documentation for the project scope

Successful candidates exhibit:

• Technical knowledge and passion for learning
• An analytical approach to problem-solving
• 3-5 years of web development experience

Compensation is heavily based on past experience and web development knowledge. Successful candidate starting salaries will often range from $40,000/yr to $55,000/yr and include full benefits (401k, health, PTO). This position is located in Rochester, MN.
