New Client Portal and CRM System

Wouldn’t it be great if you could view your invoice online and pay it? Well, now you can! Wouldn’t it also be great if you could login to an account to check the progress of a project or support ticket? Well, now you can do that too! We have been hard at work switching over to a new and more efficient CRM system. Our new system allows us to keep track of our clients more closely and provide AWESOME service.

Clients can now:

  • View their projects.
  • Create new support tickets and edit/view existing tickets.
  • View invoices as well as make credit card payments online.

This new system will not only enhance our communication with clients and their projects but allow clients to have a more “hands on” feeling with their billing process and project status.

This sounds great, how do I access my client portal?

  • To access the CWS Client Portal, go to http://service.cws.net and click on the “Register Here” link using the email address we have on file for you. Detailed instructions can be found here and the process only takes a minute. You will be prompted to create a password the first time you login.
  • Detailed instructions on paying your invoice via credit card can be found here.
