CWS, Inc is currently accepting applications for a Web Hosting Support Specialist. The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Technical skills
• Desire to learn new techniques and technologies related to the Web industry
• Sufficient technical knowledge to work effectively with customers and understand the issues associated with web hosting (email, domains, DNS, etc).
• Sufficient understanding of web design and programming to work effectively with designers/programmers.
• Strong knowledge and experience with languages and tools associated with web hosting (linux, php, ssh, etc).
• Thinks though the user experience and plans well for contingencies and errors

Problem Solver
• Analytical problem solving skills to work through a problem, identify root causes, and propose or implement acceptable solutions that address time and budget constraints.
