First Quarter Employee Achievement Awards

Every quarter, as part of an alignment meeting, the CWS leadership team recognizes employees that have gone above and beyond. CWS rockstars, if you will. These team members are nominated by fellow co-workers for specific reasons such as taking on new projects beyond their day-to-day activities, making everyone’s lives a little easier, or just being super awesome at what they do. Please join us in recognizing and congratulating this quarter’s recipients!

Employee of the Quarter: John McMahon

“He is a tremendous help! He steps up, takes on extra work, and helps wherever needed.” -- Coworker Nomination

There is no doubt about it, John has earned his front-row parking spot (one of the perks of being Employee of the Quarter at CWS). At CWS, John is a Solutions Architect and his mission is to provide top-notch support for clients. He assists with strategy, support, and maintaining relationships with CWS clients. John is always willing to help out and assist wherever needed!

Office Manager of the Quarter: Sara Pennington

“She’s tremendous and deserves recognition for having a huge impact on this awesome company culture.” -- Coworker Nomination

Sara is our Office Manager at CWS and helps keep the place together. From ensuring all office operations run smoothly, to providing clients their favorite treats when they come to the office, Sara is a terrific team member. Her day-to-day activities and responsibilities vary, and she does them all with a smile on her face.

Newbie Award: Justin McGinnis

“Justin is killing it so far. The team doesn’t always see the effects of his work but he is a major help and addition to where we are headed in the future” -- Coworker Nomination

The newest member of the CWS team, Justin is off to a running start. His skills and talents are a terrific addition to the team and he’s made a tremendous impact already. Justin is a programmer at CWS, and clients love his prompt work efforts and amazing support.

Hwy 75 Award: Neil Bittner

“Presented to the team member who has the most bid and billable work each quarter.”

We’re convinced Neil can do anything. The Hwy 75 award has nothing to do with Neil’s driving ability, but is one that recognizes his work efficiency. As one of the CWS programmers, he tackles projects and completes them efficiently and accurately, increasing profitability for CWS.
