2018 Q1 Alignment Meeting and Awards

It’s been another quarter of smashing goals, working hard, and watching funny videos. The first CWS quarterly alignment meeting for 2018 took place on Wednesday, April 11th at the CWS office. The meeting was kicked off by a game of wits and progressed into an extensive report of how the company did through the first quarter of the year. Pizza was eaten and GIFs were shared.

Then, the team had a chance to review the personality qualities that the DISC Profile assessment reminds us we have. More importantly, we were able to see the unique personality traits of our coworkers. Understanding what makes other people tick is crucial to having a successful team!

Next came award time. A few hand-selected employees were chosen to receive awards for their efforts throughout Quarter One of 2018. Recipients included:

Garry Marta; Employee of the Quarter

Emily Kingland; Newbie Award

Joe Milbach; Highway 75 Award

Neil Bittner, Eric Reynolds, Shane Kovash, Sam Malone, Jonny Yucuis; Team Award (Mayo Clinic NDC)

And, last, but far from least, Sara McNeilus (Pennington) received a special award for her 10-year anniversary at CWS. The company was also gracious enough to reward Sara with a bonus check for her hard work and dedication. Don't spend it all at once, Sara!
