You could Win Free Airfare from RST and Allegiant Air

The Rochester International Airport and CWS are working together on a creative guerrilla marketing campaign this summer called, DODGE HIGH FARES. The campaign launched during the Rochesterfest parade on June 28, 2013.


HOW IT WORKS

People are urged to go to RST’s Facebook page and enter for a chance to win a pair of Free Tickets on Allegiant Air. It’s as simple as that. There’s one entry per person…But there is a catch. Now through September, a thousand dodge balls will be hidden and given out all over Rochester. A limited number of these dodge balls will have a special code that gives an entrant 10 entries (rather than 1) into the contest. Clues will be given on Rochester International Airport's Facebook and Twitter page on where to find these coded dodge balls.

CWS’ own Heather Holmes, Sheryl Barlow and Ethan Herber worked with Kurt Claussen, Tiana Rossow and Marty Lenss at RST to develop the idea. CWS graphic designer, Sarah Link, Web Developer, Dustin Hart and project manager, Jonny Yucuis built the elements and coded the contest to work in Facebook and on mobile environments.

The “Dodge High Fares” contest ends in September 2013, is limited to ages 18+, and must depart from Rochester International Airport. Follow RST on Facebook for clues all summer long on where to find these hidden balls. To see a full list of rules you can visit the contest page here.
