CWS is Tracking You

Have you ever emailed a request to a company or called in with a problem and wonder if it's tracked or even being looked at? We here at CWS don't want that to happen to our customers. We like you too much to leave you wondering.

As of this week, we've implemented a new tracking system for all requests that are called or emailed in to our staff. With this new system, we hope to keep you better informed -- letting you know that we've received your request, when we'll be working on it, and when it's completed.

We don't want to let any request fall through the cracks as we grow. This new system will also allow clients to directly submit new requests from an online portal. This means that our staff won't have to copy/paste your request from an email or transcribe a phone call, saving time and improving accuracy. You'll be able to log in, check the status of requests, add notes and add comments if needed. You'll also be able to see when time has been entered on a request or project.

We are giving select customers access to the new portal on a trial basis as we refine our procedures. If you'd like to be included in this test, please email us at support (at) cws.net.

It will take some time for us to completely transition to the new system, but don't be surprised if you start seeing status notifications after you call or email us. As always, we appreciate your business and will strive to serve you to the best of our abilities.
