8. You'll never be able to do this all alone. So get yourself a great team. Many great minds end up thinking alike and in a productive way, so get the gang together that will transform your business. Get experts on your team, make this an essential part of what you do. This gives you time and energy to go out there and convert what is happening on your part of the web into money. So get an online business manager, a virtual assistant, a good writer, and so on. these are the guys and gals who will get your online business moving, while you keep the strategy in check.
9. Make sure you have all that you need when it comes to online nuts and bolts. At a bare minimum, you will need a merchant account that allows you to sell and market online without hindrance. This includes features such as a virtual gateway that will allow you to conduct transactions online. Your shopping cart has to have all the bells and whistles too, with auto-responders that chase after every customer, whether they bought or not
These are just nine (I know, crazy number) of the ideas that you should be thinking of before you even start out on the web. If you are online now and aren't doing any of these, wake up! Take control and go for it. Make your online business a machine that works for you. It isn't hard, a little planning will make sure that most of the work is taken care of.
